‘Y’all thought my 15 minutes of fame was over?’ Former Bachelor star Alexandra Nation scores her first acting role on Channel 10

Bachelor In Paradise’s Alexandra Nation has scored her first acting role on Channel 10.

The former reality star, 28, unveiled her new career path to her Instagram followers on Friday, done up in vintage attire for her first big role.

‘Ya’ll thought my 15 minutes of fame was over? WRONGO,’ Alex wrote.

The redheaded stunner was cast as the 1926’s Miss Australia winner Beryl Mills in Channel 10’s Drunk History.

Alex described the famous Australian beauty queen as a ‘rapping, potty mouthed, academic feminist who became the first Miss Australia’.

The mother-of-one starred in the episode alongside Gogglebox star Yvie Jones, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! contestant Nikki Osborne, actor Adam Dunn and comedian Greta Lee Jackson.

It comes after Alex told the Herald Sun last year she wouldn’t do any more reality television.

‘I felt like I bounced from relationship to relationship and I didn’t help my cause. I won’t be doing a dating show again,’ she said.

She failed to find lasting love on reality TV, despite winning the heart of Richie Strahan on The Bachelor, and then Bill Goldsmith on Bachelor in Paradise.

After separating from Richie, Alex then became engaged to her AFL women’s football teammate Maegan Luxa, however, they also split up.

The former reality star previously set the record straight on her sexuality, saying she doesn’t want to be ‘labelled’ as bisexual.

She currently teaches kids how to play football with the introductory program Next Gen Minis.
