Tom Arnold and wife finalize divorce after 10-year marriage 

Tom Arnold’s divorce from Ashley Groussman has been finalized.

The True Lies actor, 61, and his wife of more than ten years filed their dissolution of marriage with Los Angeles Superior Court last Thursday, according to PEOPLE.

The former couple will share joint custody of their son Jax, 7, and daughter Quinn, 4. 

The reason behind the divorce was cited as irreconcilable differences. 

In a joint statement last month, Tom and Ashley announced they had ‘arrived at an amicable resolution to our custody issues.’

‘We continue to work with a co-parenting therapist and are committed to raising our family in a healthy and cooperative manner,’ they added.

Back in January, Groussman applied for a restraining order against the NCIS: New Orleans star, alleging he had refused to return their children to her home after his allotted time with them, insisting instead that she pick them up.

Police were eventually called to resolve the issue. 

Arnold will pay Groussman $4,383 in spousal support per month until he turns 65.

He also owes his ex 50 percent of the net income from ‘all right, title and interest in 12 intellectual properties relating to underlying works which were created during the marriage.’

The writer-actor and the personal concierge were married in Maui in 2009, after having known each other since 2008. 

The McHale’s Navy actor was previously married to Shelby Roos, Julie Armstrong, and Roseanne Barr.
