It comes after the former reality star hit back at online trolls earlier this month by showing off her incredible weight loss in the same dress that prompted a slew of cruel comments last summer.

The TV personality’s weight ballooned by more than three stone while she cared for her elderly grandfather, who has since passed away, during Britain’s first nationwide lockdown in 2020.

Returning to TOWIE following a two-year absence from the show in August, Fran was targeted by vicious social media trolls after being pictured arriving on set in a form-fitting white dress.

Taking to Instagram earlier in March, the TV personality modelled the same dress after shedding two stone thanks to an improved diet and lifestyle.

Sharing a short video with followers. she said: ‘A lot of you were arguing over this damn dress.

‘I don’t understand why everyone’s got the hump so much over it. It’s a f*****g dress. I’ve put it back on. This is the same dress as I had on before.’

Fran also revealed she regretted buying the House Of CB dress but put her faith in the shop assistant recruited to help her because she was a size 14 and unused to buying clothes while that size.

‘So what, I made a mistake, boohoo,’ she added. ‘I really don’t care what anyone says anymore. Your happiness is the main thing. Don’t worry about what anyone else says.’

The video comes after Fran shared a photo of herself in the unflattering bodycon on the day she returned to TOWIE alongside a lengthy caption in which she highlighted the unnecessary abuse she received for wearing it.

She wrote: ‘The amount of abuse I got on this day was not ok. No one knew my story, everyone judged and was quick to bring me down just over a dress. I was so sad on this day but I look back and thank you for the trolling.

Speaking out: 'I really don't care what anyone says anymore. Your happiness is the main thing. Don't worry about what anyone else says'

‘The mean words I bought to light and the amount of women that have come forward and messaged me is honestly so beautiful to see the support we have for each other.

‘It doesn’t matter what size you are and thank you for all the women that made me believe I was beautiful this size regardless of the trolls. Yes I’ve lost weight, but that’s because who I feel, more comfortable as a person. It shouldn’t matter what size you are it’s who the person is that matters.

‘So with that I just want to say #happyinternationalwomensday you are all beautiful girls in your own way and ignore anyone else who says any different i believe it’s there insecurity putting out on you, so ignore and don’t let anyone bitter bring down your state of happiness. I love you all very much and thank you again.’

The reality star admitted she has to ‘remind’ herself to be healthy so that she doesn’t slip back into old habits, saying: ‘I don’t want to put my mental state through that anymore.’

Explaining the struggle she faces, Fran shared a text from her gym alerting her that it was currently closed until further notice, adding: ‘So this morning I went to go to the gym and I remembered a text I got last night, re read it this morning and was like, ah I haven’t got to go to the gym today, it’s the universe telling me not to train.

‘But that’s just myself setting up excuses for not wanting to go. I have to remind myself I don’t want to be unhealthy again as I was unhappy and I don’t want to put my mental state through that anymore.

‘Mentally and physically I wasn’t in a good place and thought it’s uncomfortable to remind yourself what you have put your own self through, remember how far you have come and we don’t want to look back, we want to continue this journey of happiness.

‘Nothing feels better than reaching your goals, so for anyone trying to make an excuse for not working out, remember how far you’ve come.’
