Una Healy looked sensational as she displayed her toned figure in a zip-up sports bra and leggings on Friday.
Taking to Instagram to share a snap of herself holding a kettlebell, the former Saturdays star, 39, sizzled in the sultry post as she encouraged her social media followers to work up a sweat, writing: ‘No pain, no gain.’
Una wore her hair loose and accessorised with a gold chain necklace and hoop earrings.

She also made sure to wish her fans a ‘happy bank holiday weekend’ while flaunting her muscled midriff.
Una added winged eyeliner and gave her lips a swipe of light pink colour.
The star wrote in full: ‘Happy Bank Holiday weekend everyone! And remember…, no pain, no gain.’
It comes after Una confirmed she is embracing the single life after branding all of her previous relationships as ‘failures’.
Instead, she is focusing her attention on being a single parent following her split from Ben Foden, 35, in 2018 after he allegedly cheated on her with PR girl, Becky Milne.

She said he still spends time with their two children, Tadhg, six, and Aoife, nine, despite living abroad with his new partner, Jackie Belanoff Smith.
Una said to The Mirror: ‘All of my previous relationships were, ultimately, failures. There are good times, that’s why you try and stay but when you know the game is up, you have to say, this is it.’
According to Una, she has stayed in some relationships when they simply weren’t working as she said not all romances are meant to last forever.
She continued: ‘I am the primary carer of the kids. They are with me most of the time. He [Ben] is full time their dad, he spends chunks of quality time with them and checks in on them twice a week.’
She also stated that Ben loves his children very much while adding she would never ‘air dirty laundry in public’.
Just one year after her split from the rugby player, he married his second wife Jackie on board a luxury yacht in Nantucket, Massachusetts, two weeks after they started dating.
The socialite announced her pregnancy soon after, and the couple welcomed their daughter, Farrah Abra Foden, in May last year. They are now based in the US.
Meanwhile, the Saturdays star relocated back to Ireland following the breakdown of her marriage.
