Vanessa Hudgens was seen heading to dinner at the Italian eatery Trattoria Farfalla with her mother Gina Guangco in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

The 31-year-old actress stood out for her chic outfit which consisted of a plunging floral corset top with a sweetheart neckline.

And the High School Musical star’s mother was equally as chic in her polka dot dress with high heels.

Vanessa also had on long slacks which she accessorized with a chic Hermès belt, which emphasized her slender waistline.

Like her mom, who covered her mouth and nose with a purple mask, Hudgens stayed safe in a 2Pac face mask, which read: ‘Keep Ya Head Up.’

For their evening out, Guangco sported a flirty polka-dot dress, hoop earrings and a pair of chunky heels.

In April, Hudgens surprised fans by having her mom join in on one of her TikTok videos.

‘Mama g y’all,’ the Spring Breakers star captioned a clip set to Cha Cha Slide, as she wore a tan button-up top with light blue jeans, while Guangco paired a New York Yankees baseball cap with a white top.

In another clip, both Hudgens, who shot to fame playing on Disney, and her mom showed off their vocal ranges, with her mom getting a bit of autotune assistance.

At the start of California’s coronavirus lockdown, Hudgens garnered backlash for questioning social distancing and shutting down all non-essential services through the summer on an Instagram Live.

‘Um, yeah, till July sounds like a bunch of bull****, I’m sorry,’ she said. ‘It’s a virus, I get it, I respect it, but at the same time, even if everybody gets it, like, yeah, people are going to die, which is terrible, but like … inevitable? I dunno, maybe I shouldn’t be doing this right now.’

After she was slammed by a number of fans and fellow celebs, she sought to quell the controversy with a series of clips in which she walked back the divisive comments.

Shortly thereafter, Hudgens said in a follow up-clip: ‘Some of my comments are being taken out of context. It’s a crazy time. I’m at home in lockdown, and that’s what I hope you guys are doing too. In full quarantine. And staying safe and sane. I don’t take this situation lightly by any means. I am home. So stay inside, y’all.’

She also posted a quote to say she’s come around and understands the massive impact of COVID-19.

‘I’m so sorry for the way i have offended anyone and everyone… I realize my words were insensitive and not at all appropriate for the situation our country and the world are in right now,’ the Powerless star said. ‘This has been a huge wake up call about the significance my words have.’
