Victoria’s Secret model Shanina Shaik would ‘love to get married again and have children’… after her failed marriage to DJ Ruckus
Shanina Shaik announced her split from husband DJ Ruckus in June 2019, after just one year of marriage.
And the model, 29, has admitted that despite her first marriage ending in divorce, she is open to tying the knot again.
She also revealed during Instagram Q&A on Thursday that she’s keen to start a family and wants two children.

‘What do you think about marriage?’ a fan asked Shanina.
‘I think marriage can be a beautiful union!’ she replied, sharing a picture of herself from her wedding day.
‘I’m not against it… and I would love to get married again one day.’

She was also asked about her family plans.
‘I love children,’ Shanina said. ‘I’m very maternal. I hope to have two kids… one fine day.’
Shanina, who walked the runway for Victoria’s Secret five times between 2011 and 2018, announced her split from DJ Ruckus in June last year, after a year of marriage.

In October 2019, Shanina told The Herald Sun she’d leaned on her family and friends for support in the aftermath of the separation.
‘Of course no one decides when they get married to get divorced,’ she said.
‘It was a difficult time but I’ve had amazing friends and family supporting me throughout the process and I have a great relationship with my ex-partner and that’s important as well.’

‘They move forward with much mutual respect and love for each other, and ask to please respect their privacy during this time.’
The pair married in April 2018 in the Bahamas, on Lenny Kravitz’s private Island, Eleuthera.
Shanina debuted her romance with businessman boyfriend, Seyed Payam Mirtorabi, in December 2019.
