LOOK THE PART

Going for a jog has never been my thing, but dressing the part? I’m halfway there! Hit refresh on your workout gear with a new matching sports bra and leggings set; it’s the easiest way to put you in the right frame of mind for exercise.

PERFECT MATCH

GIVE your drawers overstuffed with piles of leggings and Lycra tops a January detox. Stock up on coordinated sets as they are easier to throw on if you’re making an early start. They’ll keep you looking stylish whether you’re out for a power walk or doing a barre class online at home.

STAR INSPIRATION

Victoria Beckham knows how to make yoga sessions look chic. Her own Reebok x Victoria Beckham collection of high-performance sets come in red, burgundy and camel and are refreshingly simple.

Steer clear of anything heavily branded. It may be matchy-matchy, but the 2021 look is about minimalist, colour-coordinated pieces with a clean aesthetic. Boden has stepped up its game with some great sets, like this grey and neon duo (below), while Girlfriend Collective’s matching activewear is the eco-friendly option, made from 100 per cent recycled materials.

DASHING DETAILS

If you’re looking for motivation on park runs or stay-at-home Pilates, try Hush’s camouflage combination (below) which is extra stretchy for comfort. Or make a statement with M&S’s colourful duo (also below).

It’s not just for posing, the neon trim sports bra I’m wearing is from Freya and comes in ten different cup sizes with proper support when you’re running.
