Simon Webbe has taken inspiration from Will Smith and shared a photo of his ‘dad bod’ on Instagram while posing in a cryotherapy chamber as he insisted ‘pressure on men and women to strive for perfection needs to change’.
Will Smith made waves earlier in May after posting a shirtless snap and admitting that he is in the ‘worst shape of my life’ after months of lockdown restrictions.
Blue member Simon, 45, posed in a pair of boxers teamed with socks and Crocs as he urged followers to ’embrace who we are’.

The doting father wrote in full: ‘@willsmith has inspired me to share my dad bod. There is so much pressure on men and women to strive for perfection.
‘When we have those bad moments we have to embrace who we are, dig deep within and make a change.
‘My change starts today. Share below how you feel?’
Simon’s followers were quick to applaud his efforts, with many commending the former popstar’s message.

During his years in one of the biggest boy bands of the noughties, Simon kept in trim shape and was often snapped shirtless and sporting a six pack.
Over recent years, the All Rise hit-maker has also shared many workout photos and clips of himself working up a sweat in the boxing ring.

Earlier this month, 52, Will had Instagram buzzing when he shared a snap of himself in his underwear as he told how he had gained weight in recent months.
The film star is used to being in excellent shape for his roles in action films like I, Robot and I Am Legend.
Will shared a photo of himself sporting dark shorts and an open hoodie that showed his stomach and chest.
Alongside the post, he wrote: ‘I’m gonna be real wit yall – I’m in the worst shape of my life’.

It comes after Simon’s wife Ayshen gave birth to their first child together in April.
Announcing the happy news on Instagram by posting a black-and-white image of himself gently touching his wife’s baby bump, the singer, who is already father to daughter Alanah, 24, wrote: ‘We’re so blessed to announce we have a new arrival.
‘Our baby is doing well, Mummy is in recovery and Daddy is rushed off his feet!’
Simon previously revealed talent manager Ayshen, 41, fell pregnant ‘immediately’ after they decided to take a break from family planning.
The couple were left ‘devastated’ when they suffered their first loss in February 2019, and went through the same heartbreaking experience a year later.
Musician Simon already has daughter Alanah, 24, from a previous relationship with shop assistant Nicola Jones.
Simon and Ayshen wed in an intimate ceremony at the Corinthia Hotel London in August 2018.
He popped the question to Ayshen during a Jamaican getaway.
