Fifteen years after shooting to fame on Big Brother Australia, Krystal Hipwell (née Forscutt) is now a mother to three young children.
And on Tuesday, the former reality TV star-turned-influencer, 34, shared several honest photos of her post-baby body on Instagram.
She posed in a beige bikini and scrunched together the loose skin on her tummy, highlighting the reality for many women after giving birth.

She also demonstrated how certain poses hide the loose skin completely and make her look flawlessly toned.
In her lengthy caption, she urged her followers: ‘Don’t compare your “normal” to somebody else’s “normal”.
‘Being curvy is okay, being thin is okay, having stretchy skin is okay, having cellulite is okay, being muscular is okay. But to shame another woman’s body type or shape is never okay!’
The brunette explained that her body is ‘her normal’ and that it’s ‘completely okay’ if that looks different to somebody else’s body.

‘I’m so very proud of this vessel that carried my babies, and my wrinkly tummy skin is a reminder of how amazing it was that my body was able to grow and keep them safe in there,’ she added.
Krystal noted she had recently received hurtful messages calling her out for ‘not looking normal’ and not being a good role model.
But she said all she wants to do is ‘encourage and lift other women up’ with her Instagram posts, and thanked her fans for their support.

Krystal and her husband, property developer Neil Hipwell, welcomed their third child, Husky, in September.
They are also parents to two older children, Nakoda and Sunny.

In July, the former lads’ mag model revealed how Neil had helped her overcome her body insecurities while she was pregnant.

He even tells her she’s the ‘most attractive she’s ever been’ while pregnant.
