For 40 years, the charity organisation The Passage has brought food, shelter, compassion and dignity to London’s homeless. To mark this anniversary of its tireless work – which became even more crucial during lockdown – comes an inspiring new cookbook A Taste of Home, which is packed with 120 tasty recipes created by some of the UK’s most famous and well-loved names, including Nadiya Hussain, Rick Stein and Stephen Fry. And there’s even a cracking bolognese ragù made with carrot-chopping help from the charity’s patron, HRH The Duke of Cambridge. We thought you’d enjoy this first look at some of our favourites right here. Time to get cooking!
