Bindi Irwin’s daughter Grace Warrior is now one month old.
But ahead of welcoming her little girl, Bindi, 22, celebrated her impending arrival with a baby shower held at Australia Zoo.
In footage of the shower shown in a preview clip for the special Crikey! It’s A Baby!, it was a rather emotional affair for the Irwin family, as matriarch Terri surprised Bindi with a heartwarming clip of her late father Steve on her special day.

Bindi, who was heavily pregnant at the time, teared up as footage played of Steve gushing about his daughter and family photographs and videos played on screen.
‘My little daughter Bindi is the light of my life mate, no matter how hard things get, how tough the road is, my little Bindi she just props her daddy straight back up,’ Steve says in the clip.
He added: ‘She’s the greatest thing that has ever happened to me in my entire life.’

In the clip, Steve can be seen doting over Bindi and even taking her on wildlife adventures as a baby, even taking her to watch sea turtles crawl into the ocean at the beach.
Bindi understandably was overcome with emotion and thanked her mother for organising the special surprise.
‘Thank you mama, I love that dad gets to be a apart of it,’ Bindi said.

She added: ‘Oh I love it so much, thank you.’
Before playing the clip, Terri said she created the video to ‘incorporate’ Steve into the event.
‘We all wish Steve could have been here, I can’t think of anyone else who would have been more fun at a baby shower,’ Terri said.
Steve tragically died in September 2006 at the age of 44, after being pierced in the chest by a stingray barb while filming a wildlife documentary in Queensland.

The baby was born on their first wedding anniversary.
Grace’s middle names are a tribute to Bindi’s late father, Wildlife Warrior Steve.
‘There are no words to describe the infinite amount of love in our hearts for our sweet baby girl. She chose the perfect day to be born and we feel tremendously blessed,’ Bindi said in part of her announcement post.
Matriarch Terri meanwhile, recently shared her joy at becoming a grandmother on Twitter, and said that her late husband Steve would have been ‘beyond proud’.
