Lindsie Chrisley hasn’t mended rift with estranged father Todd after his COVID-19 diagnosis

Lindsie Chrisley Campbell says she still hasn’t spoken to her father Todd Chrisley despite his COVID-19 diagnosis.

Todd, 52, revealed Wednesday he has been battling the virus for three-weeks, with a four-day stay in hospital, and has been sicker than he’s ever been in his life.

Lindsie has not spoken to her father since August 2019 and revealed on Thursday that things are unlikely to change in their relationship.

‘I haven’t, we haven’t had any contact at all,’ the 30-year-old told TMX News.

Still estranged: Lindsie Chrisley revealed she’s still not speaking to her father Todd Chrisley despite him being seriously ill with COVID-19 for several weeks

Lindsie said while she’s not talking to her father still, she wants him to be well.

‘Differences aside, the world and what we’re facing right now is something so incredibly scary. I wouldn’t wish this on like my way worst enemy, at the end of the day, he’s still my dad and I don’t want him to be sick.’

When asked whether she thinks they will mend their rift at some point, Lindsie replied, ‘I don’t think so, I think if there was going to be a reconciliation it would have happened before now and I think we’ve both moved on with our lives separately and- I don’t think so.’

Lindsie herself suffered with the virus, but was unable to get tested, several weeks ago but has since recovered.

It comes after the blogger said she found about about her father’s diagnosis on Instagram – and came to his defense after trolls suggested she’s happy he is sick.

‘The audacity of some people blows my mind,’ the Atlanta-based 30-year-old wrote – re-posting a fan’s tone deaf DM.

‘This is disgusting. My inbox is flooding with similar messages and I’m not here for it. Get right or get off my page. Don’t make me post your handles. Let’s make you ‘legendary.”

It was the same day the recovering real estate mogul said he was ‘75%’ better from the coronavirus, which made him ‘the sickest I have ever been in the 52 years I’ve been on this Earth.’

‘But that last 25 percent is kicking my a**!’ Todd admitted Wednesday on his weekly podcast Chrisley Confessions.

‘Fever between 100 to 103 [degrees]…This has been a life-altering experience for me. I know it’s been a life-altering experience for everyone in my family.

‘I think that what it has taught me is to look around and see the things that truly, truly matter – and what matters is health. You can have all the money in the world but if you don’t have your health, you have nothing. It’s been a tough, tough three weeks.’

Lindsie famously quit Chrisley Knows Best in 2017 after a falling out with her famous father involving her on/off marriage to Will Campbell, with whom she has 10-year-old son Jackson.

Following his health battle, Chrisley and his wife Julie will next face a 12-count indictment reached by a federal jury on August 13 on charges of conspiracy, bank fraud, wire fraud, and tax evasion.

The Southern grandparents-of-two – who plead not guilty to all charges – are also parents of son Kyle, 28; son Chase, 23; daughter Savannah, 22; and son Grayson, 13.

In August 2019 Lindsie claimed her father and brother Chase had threatened to release a sex tape of her if she didn’t lie about a specific ‘incident’. The incident is believed to be related to testimony about her family’s alleged financial crimes.

Todd denied the accusations but claimed Lindsie had been involved in extramarital affairs with several Bachelor Nation stars since 2016.
