Rachael Finch reveals her VERY healthy recipe for organic, home-made Easter eggs… and it only involves two ingredients!

She was previously slammed for trying to put her children Violet, six, and Dominic, two, on a sugar-free diet. 

But Rachael Finch stayed true to her healthy-eating mantra this Saturday by creating her own ‘healthy’ Easter eggs for her youngsters to enjoy. 

The former Miss Universe Australia, 31, shared her recipe via Instagram video, telling fans: ‘Drooling over this. Can’t wait to eat it!’

Rachael melted organic dark chocolate in a saucepan and poured the liquid into  half-egg shaped silicone moulds

She let the chocolate set in the fridge for one hour before adding a layer of peanut butter. 

Next, Rachael topped this with even more chocolate and placed the moulds back in the fridge.

After one hour, Rachael removed the egg halves from the fridge and popped them out of their moulds. 

She stuck the halves together using a small amount of chocolate to create whole egg shapes, and placed the final product back into the fridge. 

Proving herself the queen of DIY, the brunette also allowed Violet and Dominic to decorate their own egg baskets.

‘Isolation bunny baskets thanks to Ikea,’ she wrote next to an Instagram photo of her children proudly posing with their creations, adding ‘Hope everyone had fun this morning with their munchkins.’ 

Rachael has previously said she is committed to raising healthy children, and that the best way to achieve this goal is keeping their diet sugar-free.
