Her collaboration with Reema Khan was a natural one as Khan herself is heavily involved in various charities.

During this current COVID-19 crisis, in addition to the sanitizer gifts, Khan is doing weekly digital make-up tutorials after having to temporarily close her 75 threading/beauty stores and utilizing gift cards to give back to her estheticians who are now on furlough.

‘Self-care has become more important as mothers, daughter, aunts, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers are sheltering in place, anxious about the future of living our normal lives,’ Reema said.

Adding: ‘We women give so much of ourselves. We are the ones who nourish our relationships with our families, so we have to fill ourselves with thankfulness, and remember to take care of ourselves first, so we can take care of our loved ones.’

A simple self-massage with some essential oils ‘can do wonders,’ the beauty mogul advised, adding that ones made from roses, eucalyptus and tea tree tend to be calming.

‘Your temples are the most sensitive part of your face,’ Reema explained. ‘The temples are so close to your brain and a gentle massage will relieve tension there.’
