She’s one of Australia’s most popular TV stars known for her age-defying physique.

And Sonia Kruger has now shared the very simple workout and diet secrets behind her incredible figure.

The 55-year-old told The Courier Mail on Wednesday, she focuses on good nutrition and exercises regularly.

Sonia revealed she eats vegetables, salads and protein but also enjoys treats.

She explained it’s important to have everything in moderation and consume foods that are nutritious.

‘You have got to give yourself little treat days and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that,’ she said.

When it comes to exercise, Sonia revealed she loves to do a workout at home in the morning.

‘Then you’re done and you’ve got it out of the way and you don’t have to worry about going to the gym and being seen by people in public,’ she explained.

The TV presenter also admitted she’s not a huge fan of exercise but ‘likes the way she feels afterwards’.

Last year, Sonia also revealed one of the main reasons for her incredible shape is her twice-weekly personal trainer sessions with the Sydney celebrity PT, Dan Adair.

‘Things like pull-downs, push-ups [and] pull-ups are all go-to moves,’ Sonia told Now To Love.

Another thing that keeps her in shape are dance and music-based workouts, which she devised for her website Strictly You – and which help to make working out fun.

Sonia also uses celebrity-loved skincare brand Rationale morning and night in order to stay glowing and radiant on camera for hours.
